Bob Scaccia PT, CSCS
Owner/President Complete Athlete

One of the highest regarded PT’s in the area.  Currently Bob is the Owner/President of Scaccia Physical Therapy in Windham, NH where he has been in business since 1991 and with over 11yrs of experience.  Bob specializes in the strength & conditioning of baseball athletes, with a focus on pitching & pitching mechanics.

A graduate & stand out athlete at UMass Lowell, Bob was Captain of the 1991 NEFC championship team as well as a three year starter at defensive back, earning All-New England honors and twice earning All-Conference.  He also holds the U-Lowell career record for interceptions.

Sean Allen, PT,BS Exercise Physiology
Coach

Sean graduated from U-Mass Lowell with a BS in Exercise Physiology in 2005. He recently graduated from the doctoral program for physical therapy at U-Lowell and passed his board cerification. Sean has five years of experience in the strength and conditioning field, working with college, high school, and youth athletes. His main interest and focus is on hockey and basketball athletes.

Gerry Scaccia, CSCS
Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Gerry has been with Complete Athlete since its inception. He earned his certification as a strength and conditioning specialist in 2002 from the NSCA. He specializes in working with young athletes and is well versed in nutrition and its effect on performance. Gerry recently retired from the Derry Police Department after 22 years of service . He has years of experience in training law enforcement employees as well as those attempting to join the profession. He continues to play competitive hockey and is an avid bicyclist.

Bob Blizzard BS , CSCS

Bob graduated from the University of Connecticut’s exercise science program in 2006. While at UConn, Bob worked with varsity athletes from all sports, under the tutelage of strength and conditioning pioneer William Kraemer.

Bob is currently enrolled in the doctorate of physical therapy program at Franklin Pierce University. He will graduate in 2009.

Bob specializes in combine training for football players at all levels. He also has worked with bodybuilders in the past and has developed many programs to gain size and mass through nutritional adaptations and training.
